These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the N2 Cleaning Services website at n2cleaningservices.com and the professional residential house cleaning services we provide in Southern New Hampshire and Northern Massachusetts. By scheduling a service or using our website, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services Provided

N2 Cleaning Services provides residential house cleaning services including: standard house cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in and move-out cleaning, and post-construction cleaning. Service details, scope, and pricing are confirmed at the time of booking.

2. Booking and Estimates

All estimates are provided free of charge and are based on information submitted by the client (home size, number of rooms, condition). Final pricing may be adjusted upon arrival if the actual condition differs significantly from what was described. We will communicate any changes before proceeding.

3. Satisfaction Guarantee

We are dedicated to delivering meticulous, high-quality cleaning under direct owner supervision. If any agreed checklist item was not completed to your satisfaction, please notify us promptly after service completion so owner Flavia can address your concerns directly. This guarantee applies exclusively to areas included in the agreed service checklist.

4. Client Responsibilities

To ensure the best possible service, clients agree to:

• Provide safe and unobstructed access to the property at the scheduled time
• Secure pets in a separate area during the cleaning visit
• Notify us of any fragile, valuable, or sentimental items that require special care
• Disclose any known hazards, pests, or biohazard conditions prior to the appointment
• Ensure water and electricity are available during the service

5. Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of service completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, check, credit card, debit card, Zelle, and Venmo. Returned checks are subject to a $35 fee. Recurring clients may arrange invoicing on a bi-weekly or monthly basis.

6. Damage and Liability

We take great care with your belongings and property. However, we are not liable for:

• Pre-existing damage or wear not reported before service
• Items broken due to inherent fragility or improper storage
• Damage resulting from incorrect product usage on surfaces not standard for cleaning (e.g., unsealed stone, untreated wood)

Claims for damage must be reported promptly after service completion. We will address legitimate damage claims in good faith.

7. Recurring Service Agreements

Recurring service agreements (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly) continue until cancelled by either party with at least 7 days written notice. Pricing for recurring services is based on the agreed frequency; changing frequency may result in price adjustment.

8. Website Use

The content on n2cleaningservices.com is provided for informational purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any portion of the website at any time.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services will be resolved in the courts of Hillsborough County, New Hampshire.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
