Landlords, buyers, and property managers check empty homes closely during final walkthroughs. Below are the core areas covered in our Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning checklist:

• Inside & Outside of Cabinets and Drawers: Kitchen and bathroom cabinets and drawers cleaned inside and out.
• Countertops, Backsplash & Sinks: Kitchen and bathroom countertops cleaned, plus sinks and faucets cleaned and sanitized.
• Stovetop & Hood: Kitchen stovetop and hood cleaned thoroughly.
• Showers, Bathtubs & Toilets: Toilets, showers, bathtubs, and sinks cleaned and disinfected, removing soap scum and hard water stains.
• Mirrors, Fixtures & Interior Glass Doors: Bathroom mirrors and fixtures polished, and interior glass doors cleaned.
• Closets & Bedroom Drawers: Inside closets and drawers cleaned across bedrooms and living areas.
• Windowsills & Window Tracks: Windowsills and window tracks cleaned to remove settled dust and dirt.
• Baseboards, Doors & Door Frames: All surfaces dusted (including baseboards), baseboards wiped, and doors and door frames cleaned.
• Stair Rails, Banisters, Switches & Handles: Stair rails, banisters, light switches, and door handles wiped down, plus reachable ceiling fans and vents dusted.
• Floors Throughout the Home: We vacuum carpets and rugs and mop hard floors, empty trash, and complete a final inspection for a spotless finish.
